• The deadline for ALL submissions was Tuesday, 13 January 2026.
• If you submitted for the 2026 AOM Annual Meeting you may view your submissions.
• If you are a participant on a finalized submission, you can view your “Submitter Invitation Letter”. The “Submission Verification Letter” will help you get an early start on procuring your visa to attend AOM2026 in Philadelphia, USA. (This letter is available to those appearing in any formal role on a FINALIZED submission as soon as a submission is finalized during the submission period - early December through the submission deadline. Please note that a finalized submission will be considered for the program but may not necessarily be accepted on to the program.)
